Waiver 

This document is designed to release the event organizers from any liability or claims related to participation in the activity, ensuring that participants are aware of the risks and agree to assume them voluntarily.

1. Acknowledgment of Risk: The participant acknowledges that there are risks involved in participating in soccer events, which could include physical injury, illness, disability, or even death.

2. Release of Liability: By signing, the participant waives their right to hold Klicsports or their affiliates liable for any injury or harm that may occur.

3. Indemnification: The participant agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the organizers in the event of any claims or lawsuits, including paying for legal fees or damages.

4. Medical Care Authorization: The participant grants permission for emergency medical care if needed and agrees to cover any medical expenses that arise from such care.

5. Age and Voluntary Agreement: The participant affirms that they are at least 18 years old and voluntarily signing the agreement, fully understanding its terms.

6. Severability Clause: If any part of the agreement is deemed unenforceable, the rest of the document will still remain valid.

This waiver serves as a legal contract that protects the event organizers from liability, but it's also important for participants to carefully review and understand the risks they’re assuming before signing.
